Before applying, please make sure you are in our service delivery area!

You can fill out our online application form or call our office at 613-233-2424.

The information required will be:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Date of birth
  • Health Card Number
  • Reason the meals are required
  • Two contacts in case of emergency (name and telephone number)

Did you know?

In the Fall of 1968, Island Lodge (now Garry J. Armstrong Centre) offered to provide 24 meals each day and now has the distinction of being the longest serving meal provider.
